Iniubong Hiny Umoren, who went missing for three days, during a job-hunt in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State has been reportedly found dead, according to the PPRO of Akwa Ibom State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Umoren\u2019s friend, Uduak Umoh, in a terse post on Sunday confirmed the development saying \u201cthey raped and killed my friend\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
FunmiNews had earlier reported Umoren\u2019s mysterious disappearance sparked fear among friends and sympathisers, which prompted the creation of a hashtag \u2013 #FindHinyHumoren \u2014 to gather information on her whereabouts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Umoren was last seen on April 29 before she went to honour the appointment with someone who promised her a job through Twitter chat after her post saying she was in need of a job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Umoren wrote: \u201c#AkwaIbomTwitter please I\u2019m really in need of a job, something to do to keep mind and soul together while contributing dutifully to the organisation. My location is Uyo, I\u2019m creative, really good in thinking critically and most importantly vast learner. CV available on request.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She was screaming for help on the phone, said one of her friends who established contact with her on the day she went missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cShe sent me a 1sec audio record on WhatsApp and I had to call her back to know if she wanted to say something to me but immediately, I called her I heard her screaming,\u201d the friend, Uduak Umoh, tweeted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The police said two persons have been arrested over the incident, and the anti-kidnapping squad in Akwa Ibom State was investigating the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mourning Umoren\u2019s demise, Umoh shared images of both of them. In the images, they both appear to be recent graduates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In another terse post, she said \u201cGuy we planned to serve in the same state. Don\u2019t do this @HinyHumoren\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe killed my friend and they buried my friend\u201d she added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
