The world\u2019s leading financial publication confirmed the company\u2019s accolade in its annual \u201cAfrica\u2019s Fastest Growing Companies\u201d survey, released recently, a statement obtained on Tuesday revealed.
The survey was compiled by Statista, a leading research company renowned for its insight into African companies\u2019 actual performance, in a rigorous screening process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Moniepoint\u2019s growth rates ranked it ahead of hundreds of leading companies from diverse industries such as technology, telecoms, financial services, and healthcare. This achievement is amplified by its considerable revenue for 2023 ($264.51m), unmatched by peers in the ranking\u2019s top 25.
Moniepoint is one of Africa\u2019s leading business payments and personal banking servicing platforms, processing over one billion transactions monthly, with total monthly payments volume exceeding US$22bn, serving ten million businesses and individuals across Nigeria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The accolade for actual performance highlights its continued success as Africa\u2019s leading fintech. It follows investor endorsement in October\u2019s $110m Series C fundraise and subsequent investment from global digital payments leader Visa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
