The woman, while addressing the matter, emphasized that multinational organizations such as the Dangote Group operate strictly by policy, documentation, and legal procedures, leaving no room for informal negotiations. She warned that without proper legal backing, Phyna risked being left vulnerable in her pursuit of justice for her sister\u2019s case. According to her, the company\u2019s demand for a doctor\u2019s letter was a strategic move, as no doctor would easily issue such documentation without due process.
Quoting Phyna\u2019s earlier claims that her sister\u2019s doctor had declared her fit to be flown abroad, the woman questioned the absence of written proof. She highlighted that in the absence of such evidence, Dangote could easily deny responsibility. \u201cThey can come out tomorrow and say that the person you\u2019ve been chatting with is not in a position of authority to authorize anything. What do you do then?\u201d she asked, underscoring the risks of relying solely on informal exchanges.
She further explained that legal documentation remains the only safeguard when dealing with a conglomerate of Dangote\u2019s stature. \u201cPhyna, lawyer up. If you drag Dangote from now till tomorrow, nothing is going to change. Word of mouth is not legally binding in any way. Chats don\u2019t hold in law. Document everything you\u2019re doing with them,\u201d she stated.
