Many end up imprisoned \u2014 not as criminals, but as survivors of unspeakable violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan<\/strong> painted a chilling picture:<br>\u201cThese women were victims twice over \u2014 first of traffickers, then of a broken system.
