Speaking at the Federal University of Lokoja during a convocation lecture titled \u201cEmpowering the Future Generation: The Founders\u2019 Vision and Legacy,\u201d<\/em> Dogara lauded Tinubu\u2019s Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), claiming it had disbursed ninety-nine billion, five hundred million naira in interest-free loans to indigent students \u2014 a figure critics say lacks transparency and accountability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
