By sourcing fuel locally, IPMAN believes marketers can cut costs, improve efficiency, and reduce the pressure on foreign exchange reserves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">In addition to the directive, IPMAN revealed plans to venture into refinery ownership itself.
