He said the initiative would not only provide shelter but also stimulate economic growth and job creation in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project, part of a nationwide housing program, is expected to deliver modern, affordable homes to low- and middle-income earners. Officials noted that the development aligns with Tinubu\u2019s broader vision of expanding access to housing and improving living standards across Nigeria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nigeria faces a housing deficit estimated at more than 20 million units, with rapid urbanization and population growth intensifying demand.
