Hours earlier, another group of bandits stormed Gwalgoro village in neighboring Kankia LGA, killing 11 residents after regrouping from a failed raid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authorities confirmed the attacks and vowed to intensify security operations. Katsina\u2019s Commissioner for Internal Security, Dr. Nasir Mu\u2019azu, condemned the killings as cowardly acts of terror and praised residents for providing intelligence that had helped foil earlier raids.
