ABEOKUTA (FN)<\/strong>, Former House of Representatives member Hon. Jimoh Ojugbele has emerged winner of the All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial primary for Ogun West Senatorial District ahead of the 2027 general elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The primary election, held under tight security and monitored by party officials, saw Ojugbele secure 412 votes out of a total of 650 cast. His closest rival, Hon. Tunde Akinlabi, polled 178 votes, while another aspirant, Chief Abiola Adeyemi, recorded 60 votes.
