Omo-Agege made the announcement Wednesday during an appearance on ARISE TV\u2019s <em>The Morning Show<\/em>, following his recent resignation from the All Progressives Congress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explaining his position, the former Delta Central senator said his departure from the APC was not voluntary, claiming the party abandoned him and more than 230,000 of his supporters in Delta State. He insisted that his views on Tinubu\u2019s economic policies, particularly the removal of fuel subsidy and the floating of the naira, remain unchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhen Mr. President came up with the economic policies, most especially the naira floatation and subsidy removal, these are policies I supported and continue to support,\u201d Omo-Agege said. He said his decision was not a reversal of his economic stance but a shift in political alignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe question is, have I changed my opinion about this?
