Attorney Asukwo Mendie Archibong, a former presidential candidate, has been called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. This development marks a significant milestone in Archibong’s career, following his successful completion of the Nigerian Law School Bar Part II program.

Archibong’s journey to becoming a legal practitioner is quite remarkable. In 2018, he registered a political party called Nigeria for Democracy (NFD) and became its presidential candidate for the 2019 general election. After the party’s delisting by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in 2021, Archibong transitioned to a new advocacy group called New Forum for Development Initiative, where he continues to promote good governance.

Archibong’s call to the bar is a testament to his dedication and perseverance. With his extensive background in law and politics, he is poised to make a significant impact in his community and the country at large.

In January 2023 he was admitted into Nigerian Law School Bar Part I. Upon his successful completion of Bar Part I he was admitted into the Nigerian Law School Bar Part II.
