The laboratories listed include DNA Diagnostics Centre in Fairfield, Ohio, nominated by the applicant; Alpha Biolabs in Warrington, United Kingdom, nominated by the respondent; and Advanced Histopathology Laboratory Limited in London, selected by the court through the Social Welfare Officer. The family’s lawyer, however, questioned whether all the facilities could meet the standards required for such a sensitive case.

While some Nigerians welcomed the court’s involvement in selecting international laboratories, others expressed skepticism about the process, fearing that any perceived shortcomings could fuel further controversy.
