Ariana Grande has confirmed her long-awaited return to touring, announcing her first full live shows in seven years. The pop star’s Eternal Sunshine Tour, named after her 2024 chart-topping album, will kick off in Oakland, California, on 6 June 2026 before wrapping up with five consecutive nights at London’s O2 Arena in August — her only scheduled shows outside North America.

The new tour marks Grande’s first since the Sweetener World Tour in 2019 and follows a period in which she shifted her focus to acting. Over the past two years, she earned an Oscar nomination for her performance as Glinda in Wicked, with its sequel Wicked: For Good set for release this November. She is also slated to appear in the upcoming Meet the Parents sequel, but despite her Hollywood success, Grande reassured fans that music remains central to her life.

“Very silly of you all to assume that just because I have my hands full with many things that I plan to abandon singing & music,” she wrote on Instagram in July. “It is and has always been my lifeline. There will need to be room made for all of it. I feel grateful and excited and inspired.” Her message confirmed she had been quietly preparing a major live comeback.

The Eternal Sunshine Tour will see Grande perform multiple nights in key US cities, including four in Los Angeles and four in Brooklyn, as well as stops in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Austin, Montreal, and Sunrise near Fort Lauderdale. UK fans will be able to secure pre-sale tickets for the London dates from 16 September, with general sales opening on 18 September.

Grande’s return to touring inevitably recalls the 2017 Manchester Arena bombing, when 22 people were killed during her Dangerous Woman Tour. In the aftermath, she organised the One Love Manchester benefit concert and later headlined Manchester Pride in 2019. Her decision to include London exclusively on this new tour underscores the close connection she continues to share with her UK fanbase.
