The activist, known for seeking justice for late singer Mohbad, shared a video on his Instagram page showing him confronting kidnappers and helping victims.
According to eyewitnesses, VDM’s convoy encountered the kidnapping scene, and instead of turning back, they drove toward the area. VDM was heard screaming at his driver to keep moving, and he later urged men to assist him in taking the injured and dead to the hospital. The video showed a bus attacked by kidnappers parked across the road, with victims lying beside it, some injured and others lifeless.
